Selena Gomez found 'freedom' by opening up about her mental health struggles.
The 31-year-old actress, who shot to fame as a teenager when she was cast as the lead role in Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2020 and later appeared in the Apple TV+ film.
