Royal experts claim that Meghan Markle is ready to meet and discuss with the royal family after years of no contact. Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, have kept their distance from the royal family since stepping down from their working royal duties in 2020.

Royal biographer Angela Levin told GB News that Meghan “remains deeply hurt by the way she has been treated by the royal family” but wants to speak to the royal family and reunite. “She remains deeply hurt by the way she has been treated by the royal family. It’s been four years,” Levin told presenter Nana Acquah. “And she finally wants to sit down and discuss things thoroughly.”

Levin also suggested that Meghan wants the royal family to “apologise” for the events that led to the severing of their relationship. “I mean, she wants the royal family, King Charles and everybody else to apologise, and they haven’t,” Levin said. “The real apology is from Meghan, and they don’t want to.”
“She really hopes King Charles will take it too.”

Levin added that, according to a “reliable source” close to the royal family, Meghan hopes that her reconciliation with the royals “will also help sell jams” for her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard. “She’s also trying to get Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, who is her first choice, to find someone to help sell the jams, and she’s really hoping Prince Charles will buy some,” Levin said.
“It was coming from a pretty good source and it was probably an excuse for her to go there. She wanted to make sure everything was OK, but it’s also a way to sell her product,” she added.
Acqua said that personally, she would like to see everyone reunited. “I think we need to make an effort to bridge the gap and I would like to see everyone reunited and being kind to each other,” Acqua said.

Levin disagrees, saying: “I think the royals have become so unpopular that people aren’t interested in them anymore and so they need the royals to step in and give them a push. I think that’s the tricky part.”
