These initiatives, developed by OACAS, aim to support Ontario schools, marginalized students, and families facing hardship across the province. The goal is to improve student attendance, create a passion for learning, and improve the mental health and well-being of all students.
The association works with front-line workers and their families across Ontario. Attendance counselors and social workers provide daily support to students, families, and schools. They are part of every school community, building relationships and advocating on their behalf, providing bridges to schools and connections to community agencies. By creating and delivering these resources, OACAS builds greater capacity in schools, homes, and communities across Ontario to enable students to achieve personal success and reach their potential. .
We look forward to your continued support of OACAS.
