Today, people are complaining about the health hazards of contaminated food, pesticides in fruits and vegetables, etc. Therefore, it is often felt that it is really hard to get fresh food. An internet user shared his thoughts on this issue on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), and it seems that people are really empathizing with him.
“Recently I have realised what a blessing it is to have access to fresh milk, seasonal vegetables and fruits, fresh paneer, dairy products and pure food,” wrote one person named Dimahi Jain on X.

The post quickly gained traction on the platform, garnering 182,000 views, 7,400 likes, and hundreds of comments, as people shared their thoughts on how they contributed to the issue of food fraud.
“Years ago, I noticed that my milk, fruits and vegetables tasted different. Mangoes had no aroma and were ripening earlier than usual. I kept tomatoes outside the fridge for a month without them spoiling. Branded ghee is a mixture of palm oil,” the comment read.

“Once you leave the cities, you realise that even water and electricity are privileges enjoyed by only a very few in India,” wrote another.
A third comment read, “Things that we considered luxuries in the past are becoming cheaper and things we took for granted are becoming luxuries.”
