The evaluation included a review of Luma's practices and policies regarding employee recognition, recruiting and retention, diversity and inclusion training, employee professional development, and employee benefits programs. 20% of Luma's score came from the Workforce Research Group evaluation and the remaining 80% came from an employee feedback survey.
