Thai police say six people have been found dead at a luxury hotel in Bangkok and may have been poisoned.
Investigators said the victim was foaming at the mouth.
Bangkok police chief Lt. Gen. Thiti Sansawan identified the dead as two Vietnamese Americans and four Vietnamese nationals, three men and three women.
The seven victims had booked multiple rooms at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel under their names, some of whom were staying on floors different from the room where their bodies were found.

There were no signs of a struggle, he said.
The occupant of the room where the body was found was due to check out early Tuesday morning and had already packed his belongings.
The police chief added that a maid who went to the room after forgetting to check out found it locked from the inside and discovered the body.
The food she had ordered from room service was left uneaten, but she had consumed a drink.
Hotel staff called the police later in the afternoon.
Prime Minister Suret Tavishin visited the scene in the evening but did not provide any additional information to reporters.
