In Gloucester, we met a mother-daughter team selling (and cooking) fresh local fish and getting buy-in from local consumers. We met the third-generation owner of his Leominster-based Tri-Sum Chips, founded in 1908, and the owner of Market-tiamo, a new Italian market in Newton. We sampled pita-like pita bread at Sharona's in Canton, and at Lynn we met Rachel Miller, the chef behind Nightshade Noodle Bar and his Superette in Sin City.
