“First time I ordered dinner from IRCTC and this is what I got 🙂 A live cockroach,” wrote a Redditor who goes by the name “Aggravating-Wrap-266.” In the video, a person can be seen opening the bag of food and zooming in on the gulab jamun served with the thali.
