Come along to an Open House and BBQ hosted by the Pender Harbour Living Heritage Society on Sunday, June 30th. The event celebrates the 10th anniversary of the completion of the restoration and renovation of the historic Irvine Landing schoolhouse, Sara Ray Hall. This massive undertaking was completed in 2014 with the help of many volunteers. Stop by on June 30th between 11am-3pm to browse the historical displays and scrapbooks. This year's “Blue Heron” canoe (with a prize for the winner) will be on display. Visit the boat building workshop where all the magic happens and enjoy a BBQ.
