Financial management super app Expensify is launching a new travel platform.
The platform, called Expensify Travel, will be rolled out in stages. Expensify will offer “extensive” booking and management functionality on its website and mobile application, and will offer 24/7 support.
Expensify Travel exists as part of a partnership between Expensify and Spotnana and is built on Spotnana's cloud-based Travel-as-a-Service platform. The platform aims to give users access to features such as lower fares, better service, and global travel inventory.
Expensify CEO David Barrett said the idea is to make booking and managing travel seamless.

“Book your trip in minutes and we'll take care of the rest.'' “We make it easy for members to search and book flights, hotels, cars and trains, all at the most competitive rates.'' We made it possible,” Barrett said. Time support, customizable rules, the option to assign virtual travel cards to employees, and more. ”
In the long term, Expensify Travel will directly integrate Spotnana’s infrastructure with “New Expensify,” Expensify’s chat-based super application. Once that happens, customers will be able to make reservations, chat with colleagues, and manage their transportation and expenses all in one place.
