Business Travel Show Europe has published new data on the use of artificial intelligence in the business travel sector.

More than 40 percent of respondents believe that the use of AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants has simplified travel planning and booking, and 16 percent believe that AI can help them find better flights and hotels. We believe that costs have been reduced.
