Corporate travel management company Globespan Travel Management has announced that it is collaborating with Acai Travel to offer a range of artificial intelligence-powered updates to its clients.
Acai Travel, named one of PhocusWire's Top 25 Travel Startups for 2024, creates solutions that streamline operations and improve customer service for travel agencies. The company's co-founder and president is Riccardo Vittoria, who previously led AI efforts at American Express Global Business Travel after the travel management company acquired his previous startup, 30SecondsToFly.
Acai's AI-powered intent recognition system provides visibility into call center traffic to connect travelers to the most appropriate agent, while automation tools help agents summarize and suggest communications.
