PULLMAN – Washington State's 2024 schedule is nearly complete, with two early games announced for a national audience.
Washington State's Sept. 7 home game against Texas Tech will air on Fox at 7 p.m., while the Sept. 14 Apple Cup at Lumen Field in Seattle will be broadcast on streaming service Peacock with kickoff at 12:30 p.m., according to the announcement.
Three of the Cougars' away games will also be nationally televised.
Washington State's Oct. 26 game against San Diego State will air at 7:30 p.m. on CBS Sports, while the team's games against Boise State (Sept. 28), Fresno State (Oct. 12) and New Mexico State (Nov. 16) will air on FOX or FOX Sports 1. Kickoff times for those games will be announced later this summer or as a 12-day projection for the season, according to the announcement.
WSU's schedule also includes five home games on The CW, as previously announced, including against Portland State on Aug. 31 (noon kickoff), San Jose State on Sept. 20 (7 p.m.), Hawaii on Oct. 19 (12:30 p.m. or 7 p.m.), Utah State on Nov. 9 (12:30 p.m. or 7 p.m.), Oregon State on Nov. 23 (3:30 p.m.) and Wyoming on Nov. 30 (3:30 p.m.).
Kickoff times for the Cougars' games against Utah State and University of Hawaii will be announced no later than 12 days prior to game day.
Washington State and Oregon State, the Pac-12 holdovers left by the 10 schools that were removed in the conference realignment, are using a two-year grace period granted by the NCAA to restructure their conference. Neither team is eligible for next season's Mountain West title because they are not operating as affiliate members and will only play MWC teams as part of a scheduling agreement.
