Guided tour of the “Soul of Cuba”

Traveling to Cuba is still a bit complicated for Americans, but those who want to visit the island are almost universally looking for the same thing on their first visit: an “authentic” experience. Starting in January, long-established travel company Geographic Expeditions will be launching a series of tours called The Soul of Cuba. The eight-day tour (starting at $6,390 per person) will focus on Cuban culture, including food, art and music. You'll even get to stop off at Finca Vigia, Ernest Hemingway's former Havana home, for a rum and cigar.
Disney approves construction of fifth theme park in Orlando

Last week, the state of Florida gave Disney the go-ahead to move forward with plans to invest up to $17 billion to expand Walt Disney World in Orlando, which would include building a fifth major theme park, adding two smaller parks (such as water parks) and adding hotels. The last time Disney added a new major theme park to the resort was in 1998, when the 580-acre Animal Kingdom opened at a reported cost of nearly $1 billion.
