Keys is in his ninth season with Minnesota, where he continues his tireless work connecting the health and performance departments and inspiring players to be the best version of themselves. Keys is recognized as a key member of the staff and will have an expanded role leading the Vikings' football development program.
Vikings fullback CJ Ham spoke about the impact Keys had on his life, both on and off the field, throughout much of his professional career.
“He’s been here this whole time and that speaks to his character,” Hamm said. “He’s been through all the changes, all the different situations and he’s proven himself to be a loyal and dependable guy. [leadership he’s worked under]All of the players know they can go to Keys in the weight room, off the field, on a personal level… and he's there to invest in them and make sure they're doing well and doing things the right way.
“He's also become a really good friend over the years,” Hamm said. “Someone I can rely on. Someone who pushes me and others. Someone who is genuine and honest with you. I'm grateful for that.”
“His promotion is huge,” Hamm added. “It's a great fit for him.”
