Dumplings. It all started when she was left alone at home while her mother was out running errands. Her mother had instructed her to wrap the dough for dumplings in her absence. When she returned home, her mother did not expect what she was about to witness.

The girl welcomed her with some steamed dumplings, but the problem was that the dumplings were exactly in the shape of a mouse.
In Instagram and YouTube videos posted by the channel “Chinese with Mia,” a narrator explains the impact of the Chinese girl's unconventional ideas.
The girl once made a dumpling of a small “baby mouse” on top of a grown-up “mouse.”
The video shows the girl grabbing the “rodent” by its tail and swallowing it whole.

This wasn't the little girl's only creative move with food: when asked to peel an eggplant for dinner, she hollowed out the inside and used the skin as shoes for her little feet.
“No one will ever talk about how she got the little mouse to sit on the big mouse. She's very creative. I hope she continues to show her talents,” a YouTube user commented on a video posted in April.
Clearly, the dumpling video has become a huge hit on the Chinese internet, with over 1.6 million views on Instagram, more than 61,000 likes and over 600 comments.

Another woman prepared dumplings for her husband's friend, who was an uninvited guest at their house and ate all the food.
“It's safe to say he won't be coming back anytime soon,” the video's narrator quips.
