Recently, a female customer told X about a nightmarish experience in which she was harassed by a food delivery man who wanted to use her toilet.
A woman named Nisa tweeted that a food delivery man had delivered food to her home at 2am from a restaurant in Cheras.
To her great surprise, after delivering the food, the man asked if he could use the toilet in her house.
“I already said no but he still insisted,” Nisa tweeted.
But she felt uneasy and called security to check if the food delivery man had left her apartment.
Her security guard went to her apartment floor and found the man at the end of the hallway on her apartment floor.
“I checked the time and he was there 20 minutes. My food was on the grill for those 20 minutes,” Nisa tweeted.
She added that she was still feeling fine the next day, but when she rewatched the video recording through the door, she exploded with anger.

Nisa said the food delivery man could be heard on the video asking the security guard: “Are you disturbing her?”
“That's amazing, brother.
“I think she said she couldn't resist going to the toilet because her phone battery was running low,” Nisa fumed.
She then reported the man to the food delivery company, but added that the company could not disclose what action it had taken against the delivery man.
Her tweet has since been viewed more than 871,000 times, with many X users sharing advice on how to avoid a similar incident in the future.
“One thing I do is write a note in advance saying 'please leave it at the front door'. I get really pissed off over the phone with food delivery drivers who keep ringing my doorbell or calling multiple times while they're waiting in front of my house and don't understand the instructions. I want the food, not to see you,” shared user X.
“That's scary. Next time you should tell them your husband or father is at home. This is one of the reasons why my apartment complex doesn't allow food delivery to rooms. There have been a lot of cases of shoe theft,” said another.
Some people advised her to call the police against the food delivery man.
