Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw was seen in a photo shared on Instagram by designer Manoviraj Khosla on Sunday. The Biocon chairman was neighbours with fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya while growing up in Bengaluru.

Besides Mazumdar-Shaw, the guest list for the gala included former Indian Premier League (IPL) chairman and fugitive Lalit Modi. While Vijay Mallya is wanted in India in connection with a loan fraud case worth over Rs 9,000 crore, Modi is also a fugitive facing charges including tax evasion and money laundering.
Jamaican cricketer Chris Gayle also attended the wedding on the second day.

Siddhartha Malhotra, the son of fugitive Indian businessman Vijay Mallya and his first wife Samira Tyavji Mallya, married his girlfriend Jasmine over the weekend in the quiet village of Tewin, Hertfordshire, England, where his father's sprawling Ladywalk mansion is located.
Friends and family from all over the world flocked to Tewin to celebrate their weddings. The bride wore a white wedding dress and the groom was dapper in a green tuxedo in the first ceremony, held in the village church. The reception was then held at Ladywalk Manor, which sits on 30 acres of land and features multiple pools, fountains, outbuildings and a tennis court.
The next day, the second wedding took place according to Hindu rites, this time with bride Jasmine Santiago choosing a red lehenga.
