A video of a Delhi-based engineer talking about the Rs 150 crore and Rs 250 crore apartments he is constructing in Noida has gone viral on the internet. Kashish Chhibber, also known as Witty Engineer, reacted to the luxury apartments in Sector 124, Noida in an Instagram reel.
In the video, Chhibber showcases the under-construction ATS Knightsbridge Apartments and asks viewers to guess their price. “Aledston!” Oh, society should be like that. ATS Knightsbridge! 4BHK Dekai Suka. So, what are you going to do? Rs 150 crore or 6BHK Rs 250 crore. We too think it is important to develop human resources who can contribute to society in these four years. I don't know what to do. (Guys! I came to see the ATS Knightsbridge Apartments. How much do you think the apartments cost? Rs 15 lakh for 4BHK and Rs 25 lakh for 6BHK. I still wonder who buys such expensive apartments. What do they do for a living? (Laughs),” he says in the video.

The video has been viewed more than four million times and sparked a debate about the cost of living in India.
In response, one user commented, “These expensive apartments are only being built for people who want to convert black money into white money,” while another wrote, “A 4 bedroom apartment in Noida costs Rs 150 crore and is still under construction. This is equivalent to $1.7 million. India is too expensive for me to live in.”
