Melania Trump, wife of President Donald Trump and former first lady, did not fly with Trump to the first presidential debate with President Joe Biden, CNN reported.
President Trump has brought an entourage to Atlanta, where CNN is hosting the historic debate, but it's unclear if any of his family members are among them. A former chief of staff to First Lady Melania Trump told NBC News it would be a surprise if the former first lady wasn't attending the debate.
Mr. Trump's sons have made multiple appearances at the criminal trial in New York, another de facto Trump campaign headquarters, where Mr. Trump was convicted of falsifying business records related to hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.
Melania Trump did not appear at the courthouse with Trump.
