Adventure company Explore Worldwide is expanding its footprint in North America through strategic senior hires and a new focus on travel advisors. To grow its visibility and business in the region, the company has appointed Katie Lockett as North America Regional Director, based in Toronto.
Rockett has 15 years of experience in adventure travel, including roles as general manager and director of growth at Exodus Travels and senior marketing positions at both Exodus and Intrepid Travel.
Her role will be to drive the company's ambitious global plans to achieve 65% growth in the market by the end of 2024. Her focus area is providing superior tours, customer service and marketing efforts throughout the region.
