Insurtech company Qover has partnered with bunq, Europe's second largest neobank. Through this partnership, bunq users in seven markets will have access to his one-time activation travel insurance worldwide, included in one of his plan options. The new partnership took a record six weeks to launch.
We've integrated features such as a faster claims process and easily accessible travel documents to improve the user experience through the bunq app.
Quentin Colmant, CEO and co-founder of Qover, commented: “Working with bunq, we made it a priority to provide a great user experience for Bunq's model user, 'Eva.' The initiative goes beyond the insurance product itself to encompass superior customer care and streamlined claims processes powered by AI. ”
A key aspect of this partnership is the built-in insurance orchestration available with bunq's Easy Bank Pro XL plans. Qover says its claims data dashboard analyzes the terms that typically lead to denials, so bunq users can easily file claims when they need to.
Ali Niknam, founder and CEO of bunq, added: That's exactly the peace of mind we want our users to have, whether they're spending, saving, or traveling with bunq. ”
Yonder recently partnered with Qover to offer customers a comprehensive travel insurance experience.
