The High Court recently granted the Duke of Sussex the right to appeal against an earlier ruling that dismissed his claim that security had been relaxed during his visit to the UK.
Charles III's second son launched legal action against the Home Office in 2020 after it was decided the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would receive separate taxpayer-funded security.
Prince Harry claims the changes pose a threat to his family's safety.
Royal expert Kinsey Schofield was scathing of Harry on Talk TV, saying: “Harry and Meghan, especially the fact that Meghan didn't come on the last visit, Meghan hasn't come on a couple of visits, Harry refusing to stay at the palace – it's almost as if they're trying to prove a point by saying, 'Meghan can't come. She's not safe enough. Harry can't stay at the palace. The palace isn't safe enough.'”

Royal family plans to 'remove' the Duke and Duchess of Sussex
The royal family has reportedly begun the process of “erasing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from history,” according to their official website.
In November 2016, the Duke of Sussex issued a strongly worded statement to the press, condemning an op-ed that described his relationship with Meghan Markle as having “racial connotations”.

The statement was released by Kensington Palace just days after the couple went public with their romance, and remained on the Royal.co.uk website for more than seven years before being suddenly removed last week.
Royal author Tom Quinn told the UK Mirror that the palace had long wanted the statement removed since the couple stepped back from royal duties in 2020.

“The removal of Prince Harry's 2016 comments about Meghan from the royal website highlights the determination of senior royals to forget the past and Prince Harry's role in it,” Quinn said.
“The statement was an attack on the press for its portrayal of his then-girlfriend Meghan Markle, which Prince Harry considered extremely unfair. If Prince Harry wrote the statement, it would have been heavily influenced by Meghan.”
