Mumbai Airport to boost capacity with more electronic entry gates
Mumbai Airport has increased its terminal entry points (eGates) from 24 to 68, the most of any airport in India, without any structural changes. This expansion will increase CSMIA's capacity to 7,440 passengers per hour at Terminal 2 (T2) and 2,160 passengers per hour at Terminal 1 (T1), tripling its current capacity.
The platform also offers real-time alerts and notifications, secure booking technology, a traveler tracking dashboard and integrations with third-party risk providers, with a dedicated team of experts available 24/7 to ensure travelers receive ongoing support.
Integrated with all major credit card platforms, travel expenses are automatically created and automatically categorized, with intelligent policy compliance to reduce fraud, and uses generative AI to automatically read invoices, check for duplicates, and increase efficiency.
In India, FCM’s platform includes an automated airline GST invoice reconciliation tool, helping companies match each ticket issued with its corresponding invoice to improve the accuracy of claiming input tax credits.
