The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) has announced the restoration of regular service on Line 1 following track repairs that led to “major delays” on a segment of the Yonge-University subway line earlier this morning. In a social media update around 7 a.m., the transit agency reported significant delays in the northbound direction from Dundas to Eglinton stations due to reduced speed zones implemented for track repairs.

The TTC later confirmed around 9 a.m. that the line is now operating without any disruptions.
